I walked in with no appointment. Ken looked me in the eyes and said how can i help you? I told him my service engine reminder came on he said no problem. I gave him my keys he said do you need a ride i said yes. They got me hone and 4 hours later ken called me up and asked if i need a ride back i said no but thank you. Total great service. Thanks Ken

Came in for a courtesy check and everyone was great as always. Fast service and George in the service department was super friendly and helpful.

Ace did a great job of selling the Golf to us. He was able to save us more by financing for 90 days. We will pay off the loan at 90 days with no penalty per Ace and Gen Mgr. My only real disappointment is that I asked him to make sure the air pressure was ok with the Golf. I asked him twice to make sure it was checked. Seemed to ride hard on the test drive. When I drove home the following morning with cold tires I checked and the right front tire had 48 lbs (should be 34). The other tires were also off by five pounds or more. I have owned Porsche and currently own Lexus Suv and am very particular with air pressure. Use my own compressor. Also disappointed that PDI was not recorded in my owners maint manual. With tire pressure disappointment, I hope everything else is ok.

I purchased a Jetta remotely as a college graduation present for my daughter at school in California, as I live in NY. As was extraordinarily helpful and made the transaction as simple and fair as possible. He even delivered the car to my daughter's house. Overall, an excellent and flawless experience.

The service I received at Puente Hills Toyota was phenomenal.I took my 2003 Eurovan in for service and I requested a replacement part (cap) for my brake fluid reservoir. Initially the parts department located on the east coast, was unable to locate a cap for me. George, your service manager,and his team were persistent and eventually were able to locate one for me. It was immediately obvious to me that George and his team were taking the extra step to ensure that I was taken care of and received the professional and committed service that we all hope to receive when we conduct business. I'd been looking for a VW 2009/2010 Passat Wagon after my old car had been totalled. Throught Internet and I found one and Ace, the Internet Sales Consultant of Puente Hill VW, gave me a big help to get this car. I won't forget their smiles, kindness and patience to help me to finish this wonderful purchase experience. I might not satify the price I got(Customer never think they get the best price) but I can not pick any flaw form their services. Thanks a lot. I leased a CC for myself and a Jetta for my son. It was great to have most of the approvals completed before arriving. Great trade in value and ease of transaction is the reason I decided to go to Puente VW instead of Ontario or Corona. (Thank you Shant) Both vehicles were on the lot, detailed, and ready to drive after signing. No stress great customer service. Shant, Roland, and the gentleman helping with financials deserve a raise. Note: Roland is very personable and kind. Was very thorough in his review of both vehicles and making sure I was happy with transaction including setting up my blue tooth/phone. Financial gentleman provided me with mu options, was not pushy.
