For decades, the Volkswagen Jetta has served sedan drivers as a reliable, comfortable car. Receiving a full redesign for the 2019 model year, the new Volkswagen Jetta is back with a variety of exciting features. Also new for 2019 is a new trim level: The SEL Premium. In addition to the SEL Premium trim, the 2019 Volkswagen Jetta is also available in four lower trims: S, SE, R-Line and SEL. Standard 2019 Jetta SEL Premium features include leather upholstery, a navigation system, a fully digital gauge cluster, a BeatsAudio sound system with eight speakers, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, auto high-beam control, lane keeping assistance, USB connectivity, a power-adjustable driver’s seat 17-inch wheels, a heated steering wheel, remote start, heated windshield washer nozzles, heated rear seats and a heated windshield wiper park zone.

As for fuel economy, the 2019 Jetta received EPA mileage ratings of 30 miles per gallon in the city and 40 miles per gallon on the highway. This gives the 2019 Jetta a combined city/highway of 34 miles per gallon. Safety features that drivers can expect to find in the 2019 Volkswagen Jetta include stability control, child seat anchors, a post-collision safety system, rear door child safety locks and daytime running lights.
