Bought a certified pre owned ‘24 Jetta with 16k miles on it and got 4.09% APR. The price was $21,470 before tax and dmv fees. The whole experience lasted five painful hours. If we were in a position to wait a little longer we would have bought somewhere else. I recommend buying elsewhere or at least clarifying hidden fees over the phone. About 20min into the conversation they told us we needed to purchase two features that we did not want: some kind of coating for the paint and an anti theft device. The mandatory “upgrades” were $1k each. The actual price came out to $23,470. After about two hours of back and forth they lowered it by $300. The price still seemed fair even though they added hidden fees so they ultimately got what they wanted and we mostly did. We spoke with three salespeople and didn’t really feel comfortable with any of them. They all spoke negatively about each other. Weird vibes. Only giving this a two star review because the finance guy was awesome. Promote that man.

I traded in my car to them. They resold the car. The dealer did not do the DMV paperwork. The person who they sole the car to did not do the DMV paperwork. This person who has the car now is running around breaking all kinds of laws in Southern Cali. The police came to my door saying the car was in a high speed chase. No the car is in Northern Cali breaking laws there now. They need to be investigated but DMV or anyone else will listen. I call them many many times and nothing. They can not be trusted to do the right thing

I bought my car from this dealership in April. I had a problem with them right away about a backup camera that was not installed correctly. It took about six weeks for them to reimburse me to correct the problem that another dealership had to fix. . And that was after numerous emails and texts. They kept denying the problem until I gave them a bad review Now I have a new problem that i realized about a month after buying the car. The front bumper is loose and coming off. I pushed it back on and it stayed on temporarily. It’s become more frequent so i took it to a body shop. There is a part that’s broken off and it doesn’t stay on. The body shop found it was held on with zip ties. It was listed on car fax as to never being in an accident but the dealership must have seen the zip ties when it was brought to them. It has the same scrapes on the bottom of the bumper as any other sedan, but this is excessive if the bumper is coming off! Now it’s costing me an extra $1000 to replace the bumper. Don’t trust this dealership or anything they say to you. They will lie to you with a smile! Yes I should have done more homework and checked out the dealership besides checking out the car!

Big Scam dealer sold me the insurance before I sign up JAN 7TH, 2024 and told me Tires, Rims and windshield All covered. BUT NOTHING IT'S COVER CHARGED ME ALMOST $300/MO FOR NOTHING. 2 or 3 days ago My windshield hit by a rock when I was on Freeway. I was at VW PUENTE HILLS AUG 6 AND AUG 7, 2024 waiting for almost 4 hours, to get insurance approved to replace my windshield but it's not cover ( It's cover for fix not replacements ) The financial service manager is no longer there so they can't do anything WOW. BIG SCAM!!!

The worst dealership, typical used car salesman! They will lie to you!! I bought a Lexus in April. Before I bought the car they had to replace the backup camera. However, in doing so they did not complete the job and did not calibrate the correct codes to the computer to show the critical guidance lines. They kept insisting it was done correctly but it was not. I had to take it to a local Lexus dealership to correct the problem costing me an additional $338.82. I sent them the copy of the bill to show what had to be done and I’m asking for a reimbursement. The reason why i am so insistent about the reimbursement is because they wouldn’t negotiate because of spending the money on the camera. Now I’m out extra money to correct their mistake. They don’t even have the curtesy to write back, but they lie and say they did! When I gave them a bad review they lied and told me they had comminuted with me and were processing a check. This is a flat out lie! Don’t believe anything they say! They ignore emails, texts and don’t care about bad reviews. They don’t care about the customer, STAY AWAY FROM THEM! THEY ARE THE WORST DEALERSHIP! They might write a reply to this review and dispute what I said, they are lying no matter what they say!!! They don’t even deserve the one star!

Just lease a 2023 Tiguan with VW Punte Hill a lazy sales Marco or Marcus didn’t gave a new customer orientation when I went to VW Punte Hill got my new car he asked me click satisfy than hand me the keys Wow. Few days later, Was text to asked lazy Sales what gas I need to put, this person asked me to Google it. 3rd, I need loaner’s car in order to go to work so I can drop my at VW Punte Hill for inspection this sales again told me Mar 7th will try again when I reached out to him, he said he didn’t said it and he is off can’t talk to me. He did it on purpose. Why told me a day you are off ? Very bad attitude and service. I don’t know Why Mr. Lee got this kind of sales person. ( I got text messages snapshot to proof). 12:45pm Mar 10, 24 The Sales Manager Moty just spoke to me said “He is move forward, I Do Not want you business go to West Covina.

Great experience at Puente Hills VW. Larry Yu was very helpful,no pressure. James,the manager and Diane in the service department were also very nice. Love my 2019 Beetle convertible.

No nonsense, no games - I received the full price sheet with all the details when I first asked for it. When I decided to buy the car 2 days later, it was already gone, but Larry honored the same price for an almost identical car that had otherwise been quoted at a slightly higher price. No other dealer in the area was able to match the offer.

Service is especially good and thoughtful of your needs and your budget! Christian the service mmanger is not only a pro - but a long time lover of the VW brand and totally committed to the cause. It will be my pleasure (???!!!) to take my car back when necessary!

Horrible service department. I’ve got a recall on my car. I took my car in on May 11th. They told me it will be a week to get it fixed. No rental car. Then after two weeks, they called me saying there is a big line. They want me to take my car back first, they’ll save the spot for me and they’ll call me when it’s my turn. I said ok and took my car back. Then they called me in Mid-June told me that I can bring it in. This time there is still no rental car, and it will be another 3-4 business days. I did so. After another two weeks, I called to check the status. Now they told me there is still one car in front of me and they won’t start to do anything on car until 7/14. And the car won’t be ready until August !!!! What a F**. All they are telling are lies. They left my car in the garage and did nothing for a two months!!! Never go to this dealer for service.

This dealer is advertising false information to lure you in to the dealer to find out the vehicle that looked and sounded so good on there add has major problems ( nothing mentioned in the add ) along with the buyer being responsible for the smog certification when they know the vehicle wont pass. Don't waste your time with this dealer like i did. There adds are false information

Also, Renato (finance manager) took time to explain and answer any questions or concerns. If you want to make a clear cut deal without any hassle or waste of time come to Puente Hills Volkswagen and ask for Marcos and Renato as your team. My husband, daughter and myself went for our celebration dinner after in my new VW Tiguan. Thank you Renato for the restaurant suggestion. It was delicious:)
