No nonsense, no games - I received the full price sheet with all the details when I first asked for it. When I decided to buy the car 2 days later, it was already gone, but Larry honored the same price for an almost identical car that had otherwise been quoted at a slightly higher price. No other dealer in the area was able to match the offer.

FANTASTIC SALES EXPERIENCE! I finally found the right dealership and most of all the BEST person to work with! You must request and work with Miko! She is amazing! Miko is so respectful and knowledgeable! She went above and beyond in making my experience unforgettable. I test drove an Atlas last November 2020 at a different dealership and since I wasn't in any rush, I took my time in finding the right deal. I've done my research and I knew exactly what I wanted. And in order to do that Miko and the Puente Hills dealership made it possible. I contacted all the dealerships nearby and even down in San Diego. That was 12 in total. But although I came close with a couple of dealerships none were as transparent and offered the deal as sincere and honest as Miko did. Her price beat all other dealers from the get go: saving my big $$ down the road!! My personal thanks and praise to Miko for going that extra mile in making me feel comfortable. Miko showed such consideration for my concern with COVID. She made special arrangements so I take care of all the paperwork outside. I informed her I was okay if we signed inside since there was a plexiglass separation and we were in an open area. I even watched her disinfect the table. Signing the paperwork was super easy. I was pretty much provided all the information prior to coming into the dealership. They are paper friendly so signing on the ipad super quick. After all the signing was done, Miko took her time to show me details about the car that I did not know. Again after dealing with so many different salesmen working with Miko was a blessing. She beat all the other prices from the get go and didn't play any games. Nothing but a sincere straight forward deal. I can't emphasize how much shopping around I did and how satisfied I was driving off in my new Atlas!

As it is buying a car is never something anyone looks forward to, it's just what must be done in order to get a new car. Fortunately we found that Toros Shnorhavorian (hope that's spelled right) made the entire process not just bearable but enjoyable. He was outstanding in customer service in that he cared about getting us into the right car for my growing family. He took the time to learn about my personal requirements and family needs. Once we found a couple of cars that worked for us he dug deeper and explained the benefits of purchasing each car. When I decided on a car I was confident that I made the right choice thanks to the education and time given to me and my family. He took care of me every step of the way and even though this process is never very fast, I didn't think my time was wasted what so ever.

I have very good things to say about all aspects of the dealership, and dealt with a variety of people in different departments - I bought a used 2009 Passat Wagon from Puente Hills Volkswagen in November last year, in 2014. The sales people were a pleasure to work with. They were also very open and cooperative about the method I proposed to transport the vehicle over CA state lines, which I needed to do to avoid the CA sales tax (I am from Michigan). I bought a warranty with the vehicle, and some months later I decided that I may not need it, and applied for a pro rated refund. Things changed for me soon after this, and the warranty turned out to be something valuable to retain. Despite the cancellation process for the warranty being quite far advanced, the Finance Manager at the dealership took a lot of time and trouble to have the warranty reinstated. I had also spoken to their Service Manager to ask his opinion about various things. He was highly professional and knowledgeable, and found him to be very helpful. Overall this dealership has a warm, welcoming and friendly feel staffed with knowledgeable and professional people. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.

I am always wary of car dealerships, and in the past have hated these transactions. I went to Puente Hills prepared to haggle and fight. Jamie was extremely knowledgeable about the product lines and helped me choose the car that was best for what I wanted within my pricepoint. After test driving a few models, I was able to decide on a Passat, picked the color I wanted, and after a seamless transaction, happily drove home with my new toy. I was pleasantly surprised to deal with a sales person that was helpful and accomodating without making me feel intimidated or pressured into something I didn't need. Well I was searching online for a car for a while. After being denied a few time I came across Puente Hills VW site and saw a couple of cars I liked. So I inquired about one of the used cars. Now mind you I have a family of 5. I also have very challenged credit with a recent repo. So I figured I would look at a smaller car because the prices were cheaper at this point I would almost take anything. So I get a call from the dealer the guys name was Jaime Price. He asked that I fill out the credit app online. I was hesitant only because I was denied 4+ times. So he got me to fill it out I told him it would take a MIRACLE to get me financed. I told him my situation. He then offered me to look at a different car. The car was larger and more expensive than the one I was originally looking at. I was like there is no way you can get me into that. To make my long story short. I got financed with a better car than I originally wanted. They took care of me really well. Jamie new what he was doing and made our situation better. The best part is we came in with a minimal down payment. I am glad I chose VW Peunte Hills. Thank you so much Jaime price!

I had a 2005 volkswagen Jetta that I took to get service after an accident that I had. I was extremely nervous at first about the cost to repair but after the service department took the time to review the car they noticed I had 2 flat tires and was leaking oil. I had been wanting to get a new car for some time and what better opportunity than now to look into it! I have to say that the service at Puente Hills Volkswagen is unlike anything I have experienced. The sales consultant, Marc Sepulveda really took his time to go over all the functions of my new 2015 Jetta and I appreciate that the General manager took the time to introduce himself to assure that I was well taken care of. I highly recommend that if you are looking into a new car purchase you come visit Puente Hills Volkswagen and ask for Marc Sepulveda directly. My experience at Puente Hills VW was outstanding. Toros Shnorhavorian my sales rep really rocks over there. Talk about getting the royal treatment. Toros was really attentive to my needs and broke down the vehicles amenities and options and was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle lines. What I really liked is that he knows the competition so he came forth with an honest approach about the Passat including safety and performance. Moving on- the staff including Peter Salibian and ZK (Finance) as well as Shant made the closing experience super fast and pleasant. Honestly, I was out of there in 30 minutes and they delivered the vehicle to me the same evening with a super detail and awesome wax. Great service. Don't waste your time, go there first. You will not be disappointed.
