One of the things I normally dread and dislike most about going to auto dealerships is the sheer amount of time it takes to get in and out the door. I see vast improvements since my last service visit. For example, the communication between their service advisors and customers was better. However, when a customer asked to be reached at a specific cellphone number for repair service status and updates, they simply dropped the ball which created a minor lapse in communication that the vehicle service was completed and ready for pickup! On a more positive note, they do honor their due bills no matter how much time has passed, which I thought Puente Hills VW deserves a huge boost in credibility and customer satisfaction!

I totaled my 2021 VW Tiguan SE (R-Line) Black, last month on (August 21, 2025)! That's 13 1/2 months after previously totaling my gorgeous 2012 Graphite Gray VW Jetta SEL Premium R-Line. I bought in December 2012 and put a total of 33k miles on.

Fantastic service! While this is not my regular dealership I got a tire pressure warning light while on a nearby freeway so I pulled off and did a search for Volkswagon service. Even though they were very busy the service representative came out and checked my tires, showed me how to re-set my tire pressure indicator and even gave me a VW tire pressure gauge! Highly recommend!
